Six Sigma

Six Sigma is defined as a set of management techniques intended to improve business processes by greatly reducing the probability that an error or defect will occur. Below are example labs taken from Wentworth Institute of technology's Manufacturing 3000 Course. These were completed during Spring of 2019 semester. They demonstrate the practices of Six Sigma and show proficiency with each concept that was taught. This was taught in parallel with the SME Manufacturing Technologist Exam Prep.
